The G Method is a Pilates-based program to restore your true power.

True power comes from the deep powerhouse.  The powerhouse is the four corners of the trunk including the pelvic floor muscles, buttocks, abdominals, back and shoulders.  The G method is different than any other Pilates program because it fully integrates the mind, body and spirit. In studioG's classes, you will learn to hold true to the Pilates principles of control, concentration, centering, breathing, rhythm, flow and precision.
